Project import fails when TSI parameters are not set

Summary

As the project export works great, users are forced to set the missing TSI parameters in the project YAML right now.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a Schedule_Receiver component to a project, export it and try to import it again.

Expected Behavior

Import does not complain at all or gives a warning about unset TSI parameters.

Import fails
