      Auto-link URLs in /mf2/ posts · 17c3ed97
      Jamie Tanna authored
Although /mf2/ posts can contain URLs, it wasn't up until this point
that we rendered them as HTML links.

This would hamper user experience for both human and computer readers
as it would remove some of the semanticness of the relevance of there
being a link there, as well as make it harder to follow the links
      through.

To get this rendering, I've adapted [0] and [1] to produce a regex which
converts the plain URL to an HTML link

Additionally, convert any existing links that would break as part of
this change, as they're rendered next to punctuation that is valid in a
      URL.

Replace "replies" with posts · 8d09e495
      Jamie Tanna authored
It was noticed that these three event writeups weren't actually
"replies" as I'd originally said they were, but full posts which
      happened to have an in-reply-to.

      Closes #700.

Add visualisation of posting frequency · 4d619224
      Jamie Tanna authored
As part of #534, I want to make it easier to visualise how often I post
      content, of all content types.

For now, look at it in terms of:

      - per hour
      - per day
      - per day of the week
      - per month

And will see if there are any other interesting pieces of data I want to
      present in the future.

This requires generating the actual counts of data, which I can do using
a custom output format's template, and then render it using Chart.JS.

      Plus, add an announcement post.

      Closes #534.
