[`glances`][glances] is a command-line Python tool, which looks to replace tools such as [`top`][top], [`htop`][htop], and [`iotop`][iotop], with a little bit of [`ctop`][ctop].
Following <spanclass="h-card"><aclass="p-name u-url"href="https://twitter.com/aimeegamble">Aimee Gamble-Milner</a></span>'s talk [Error: Property "X" does not exist on type "Genders"]({{<ref2019-04-10-tech-nottingham-april>}}#error-property-x-does-not-exist-on-type-genders), I was thinking about making my pronouns more visible.
When I migrated this website from [Jekyll to Hugo]({{<ref2019-01-04-goodbye-jekyll-hello-hugo>}}), I decided to not migrate my search functionality. This was partly because it was too much work to think about at the time, but also as I wasn't really sure whether anyone was using it.
As I've been getting involved with the [#IndieWeb](/tags/indieweb/), I've been starting to find other communities on the Web who are building upon new standards.
While running [Homebrew Website Club Nottingham](/events/homebrew-website-club-nottingham/), I've been manually reminding the group of when the next event is.
I'm very excited to announce that in October I'll be speaking at [OggCamp 2019](https://www.oggcamp.com/) about the [IndieWeb](https://indieweb.org)! The full talk title is:

For a while now I've been looking at getting some insight into how often I post content to this site for two reasons - purely for interest, and to watch how it changes over time.
A couple of months ago (sidenote: it's taken me ages to write this post!), I was having a conversation with a friend about having a website, and something he mentioned stuck with me:
For quite some time I've been using an awesome lifehack to integrate my Meetup.com calendar with my personal calendar. I've not seen it talked about that well, so I thought I'd document it ([two years late](https://gitlab.com/jamietanna/jvt.me/issues/103)!)
Those who know me or at least follow me on social media or know me will know that I like attending meetups. On any given month I'll generally go to 4-5 different events, but some months are busier than others.
As part of my venture into the wonderful world of [Owning My Data](https://indieweb.org/own_your_data) as part of the [IndieWeb](https://indieweb.org/why), I've been creating [different types of content on this site since May](/mf2/6b919e78-c46a-48e3-8866-9d9e9d41bb3d/). These include, but are not limited to likes, replies and bookmarks of other posts.
