Merge branch 'recompile_ruby_rvm' into 'master'

Add info on recompiling Ruby when OpenSSL is upgraded

If your local OpenSSL library is updated and your Ruby binary is
built against an older version, you get an `undefined symbol: SSLv2_method`
error. Rebuilding Ruby from source fixes this issue.

This happens if your local OpenSSL library is updated and your Ruby binary is
built against an older version.
If you are using `rvm`, you should reinstall the Ruby binary. The following
command will fetch Ruby 2.3 and install it from source:
```
rvm reinstall --disable-binary 2.3
```
