Filter connections by network_service

- Could we add network_service filter to GET connections?
Reasoning:
- One of the issues I run into when testing and implementing with devs is they're often not sure which connection to use on the network_service_config, so the thinking was a network_service filter on connections may be able to show all the connections that are compatible to use in the network_service_config?
