Prebuilt Promotion Bitbucket Server

Prebuilt Promotion Bitbucket Server is used to push a Pre-Built Automation to a target Bitbucket Server project preloaded with CI/CD scripts used for promoting and testing the Pre-Built Automation. It is also used to update an existing Pre-Built Automation in Bitbucket Server by creating a merge request and promotes the new pre-built directly towards a specified instance of IAP (staging/prod/etc.). This approach assumes one Pre-Built Automation will be stored in one repository on Bitbucket Server.
