• Before the downtime period, The system should send an SMS message to customers to not use the application in the next minutes.

• Downtime will only be allowed 2 hours a week in total until the issue is fixed as the upgrade is done, the system will be processing a volume of 100,000 transactions within a day on average with a peak reaching 200,000.

• SMS Message will be:

NijPay system will be down for the next 30 minuites, please do not to use the application and its services until then.

Acceptance Criteria

• Verifying that the overall time will be only 2 hours a week
• the system SMS message to be exactly as requested
