Continuous preview mode

On TeX.SX some people highlight continuous preview mode as one of latexmk's killer features. This mode essentially involves a file watcher and updating compilation on saving a file. For arara, the notion of recompiling in a continuous mode sounds rather strange but when combined with a project concept and project configuration we might come up with something equally useful.
