[BUG] Setup wizard tries to install uBlock even if deselected

Reason

I just installed IronFox again. For debugging purposes (#155), I deselected the option to install uBlock. However, after pressing the continue button, it tried to install the uBlock extension anyway. I rejected the installation in the dialog that popped up and the app could be used normally.

Expected behavior: Do not try to install uBlock when the toggle is off in the setup wizard.
