HTTP Topic message format documentation?

Hello, is there documentation somewhere on the format of the messages sent to the HTTP topic?

Eg, in the Dashboard Example there is a JSON template here that uses "cmd" and "url" - is there doc on what can be done? Are the other HTTP verbs available, like POST? Can I set HTTP Headers or a request body?
