Request adding twoPhaseInterTrackFoam to OpenFOAM package index (OPI)

Hey @Moritz.Schwarzmeier I learned about this repo through your paper https://arxiv.org/abs/2505.17036. Awesome work!. Would you be up for adding it to the OpenFOAM package index, that we want to start at https://github.com/exasim-project/opi ? The aim is to increase visibility and simplify installation of packages. Also, feel free to add any other of your packages to it, if you feel it is worth sharing!
