CAPS LOCK + mouse as CTRL + mouse

Any plan to support CAPS LOCK + mouse as CTRL + mouse? An issue is open in the old repository at https://github.com/oblitum/caps2esc/issues/5. Are you otherwise aware of anybody (or a fork) that does that? Thanks for your work :)
