Touch screen support.

For the few devices that use touchscreens, like the GPDWin/Win2 and GPD Pocket series.

The way it currently works.. Tapping on a game can require many many taps, it'll semi-select a game, but not actually select it. Same with the _[]X buttons in the top right, Making it almost impossible to close Redream using a touchscreen.

If i select a game with a gamepad/keyboard (not mouse) and try selecting another game with the touchscreen, it doesn't work, it highlights the game, but doesn't actually select it. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/410517806845657090/484844186160463882/unknown.png
