miswriting roms folder directory (android)

The cfg file reads the roms address correctly: content://com.android.externalstorage.documents/tree/5CFA-BA03%AROMs%2Fdreamcast but in the app it is adding an X into the directory for some reason, content://com.android.externalstorage.documents/tree/5CFA-BA03%3ARXOMs%2Fdreamcast or if I move the dreamcast folder up a level it reads content://com.android.externalstorage.documents/tree/5CFA-BA03%3AdXreamcast but again it reads without the added X in the .cfg file and therefore isnt locating the roms
