Judge Advisor console: finished judging sessions still show the team's queue status

On the Judge Advisor console's Sessions view, every judging session that has already ended still shows each team's queue status, for example At queue. At that point the team has long since left the room. The label reads as if the team is still waiting, and it clutters the list the judge advisor uses to chase missing rubrics.

Acceptance criteria

• Sessions that have ended no longer show the team's queue status.
• A team flagged Not found or No show still shows that flag and the Rule No Show button after its session ends, so the judge advisor can still rule on it.
• Sessions that are running now or still to come show the queue status as before.
