Event host agreements never appeared on the account agreements page

Event hosts directed to accept their hosting agreements from the event management page found nothing to accept — the agreement records existed but never surfaced on the account agreements page, so the flow dead-ended.

• An event host with pending hosting agreements sees and can accept them from their account's agreements page
