Sharing Team Responsibilities
I'd like to propose that the Vectors' team shares some of the regular responsibilities:
- writing a meeting protocol (@dehesselle volunteered to be the 'default writer', but one or more persons to pick the task up when he's not available would be nice)
- setting up the agenda and sending out invitations to the Vectors chat channel, the Developers chat channel, and to the corresponding mailing lists for the next meeting
- leading the meeting
- reporting to the Inkscape board in board meetings (or posting something in their channel before the meeting)
- possibly: being the official contact person
Questions:
Q1: Is there anything that seems to be missing in the list?
Q2: Which of the above tasks would you - if we are to share them - agree (or, hopefully, even like) to take turns on?
Q3: What is your general view on taking turns on (some of) these items?
