Zoom correction UX problem
#### Problem
For some users, it's not obvious how Zoom correction works.
#### How it works
In preferences, you can set up your zoom correction with the ruler on the screen. So after that when you click 1:1 in zoom tool, the zoom dimension on screen would be the same in real life. Example: if you set u your canvas to A4 click 1:1 and take A4 paper in the real-world and hold it against the screen they are the same size (in my case zoom is 98%, 24" 1920x1200px).
When you zoom to 100% 1 pixel on the screen is 1. pixel in real life
Problem is that some user expects to zoom to 100% and see this not clicking 1:1 button in zoom tool.
#### How to fix?
- Indicate in settings that you need to click 1:1 to see this zoom correction (easy fix)
or
- Add new settings (checkbox) to recalculate all zoom levels to zoom correction
#### how other software deal with this
I tried PS an IL doesn't work correctly on my monitor. They calculate this automatically but I think its bugged

## Original post
#### Zoom correction factor doesn't affect page scale
- Open Inkscape on high-resolution display (4k, set operating system scale to 200%)
- Go to the Preferences menu, select Interface.
- Using a ruler match the zoom correction factor. For me it was correct on 193%.
- Close Preferences window and open Document Properties window.
- Select a physical page size. I selected A4.
- Close the Document Properties window.
- Select zoom of 1:1.
#### What happened?
The page didn't appear in its correct size, more like a quarter of it.
#### What should have happened?
The page should have appeared 1:1 to a real A4 page.
