Allow users to move color palette to the right side of the screen

Motivation

Current color palette takes much horizontal space, and because of it's nature of showing many different visual elements, it contributes to overall feeling of visual noise.
The vertical scroll behavior for a horizontal panel with short height is not the best possible scenario. It works better when there are more than one row enabled, but for a single row, expected behavior is to scroll in the same orientation of the panel, allowing for continuity on color palete tones.

Give the users the option to move the color panel to the right side of the screen.
An option "Position" could be added to the "Configure" panel for the color palete, without the need of bringing it to the settings panel.
A vertical color palete allows for vertical scrolling through all swatches, which can be perceived as a more natural behavior for some users.
