Object properties - Improvments

Summary

This is porposal that continues development of Object properties as a companion dialog to layers. This dialog should always open and should contextually show very option that is relevant to the selection.

Bahiviours:

• mass editing:

if you select 2 or more object of the same type let user edit both of them with shared properties. example 1: select 5 images and change rendering mode to pixelated

example 2:

• select 2 rectangles
• and change their border-radius

example 3 :

• select rectangle circle and image
• change size to 200x200 px
• if you cannot control properties add a link that will open to dialog
