[Bug #1353833] Updated libs from the Adaptagrams project

I’ve updated libavoid, libcola and libvpsc in Inkscape, from the Adaptagrams projects, and I’ve made the necessary changes in Inkscape source to match the new API.

We should probably think about a way to fetch the libraries without putting them in Inkscape’s repository (e.g. submodules or dependency manager) because we don’t need to have a specific version.
