Inkscape 1.4.2 becomes unresponsive to user input... but still is running. (Windows doesn't see Inkscape as unresponsive though.)
#### Steps to reproduce:

- open Inkscape
- open a large PDF file
- wait for Inkscape to load the file
- The file shows up and Inkscape appears as normal, but doesn't response to user input. Especially mouse clicks.
#### What happened?
Inkscape 1.4.2 becomes unresponsive to user input
...
#### What should have happened?
I should have been able to start working with the opened file.
