Inkscape (master): Only primary grid lines are configurable with the new grid settings

Only mojor grid lines have their color changed. #### What should have happened? Maybe another color button for the minor grid lines? #### Version info <!-- Open 'Help > About' and click on the little bug icon in the bottom right corner that copies the debug information to your clipboard.
