Related post in superuser.com: https://superuser.com/q/1702230/269915 I encountered the problem after installing with inkscape-1.1.2_2022-02-05_b8e25be833-x64.msi on Windows 10, 21H1. Reinstall with inkscape-1.1.2_2022-02-05_b8e25be833-x64.exe resolves the problem.

issue
