Missing Myanmar Unicode on Inkscape UI in Windows 10

- Type with Myanmar Keyboard into Inkscape Layer Name
1. To Enable Myanmar Keyboard Search "Language" in Start Menu
1. Click "Add a language" under Preferred Languages
1. Search for "Burmese" and Install it.
#### What happened?
- Name is showing missing square Box (Broken on Windows 10)
#### What should have happened?
- Name appearing in correct Myanmar name (Works on Snap Ubuntu in VM)
