Change of display units not propagated to toolbars (1.1-dev)
#### Steps to reproduce:
- Open Inkscape
- Open Document Properties
- Change Display units to pt (or something different if you were already using pt)
#### What happened?
- Select toolbar, rect toolbar, etc. do not change their units to pt
#### What should have happened?
- Toolbars match the display units when the display units are changed
#### Version Info:
Inkscape 1.1-dev (a9d5e92c4b, 2020-06-30, custom) Linux Mint 19.1
