Font substitution dialog only shows up in new window (not new document)
#### Steps to reproduce: - Open Inkscape - Double click Text tool (opens up Preferences to Tools > Text) - Enable Show font substitution warning dialog - Close inkscape - Open inkscape with this svg: ![made-up-font.svg](/uploads/0724f224fa09a6be75be025bfd8aaa84/made-up-font.svg) - (Notice font substitution dialog) - Now open made-up-font.svg again (so it opens a second window) - (Notice font substitution dialog) - Now close both windows, so only a New Document remains - Open made-up-font.svg again (so it replaces the current document, no new window) #### What happened? - No font substitution dialog appears in last case #### What should have happened? - Font substitution dialog should appear in all 3 cases. #### Example file [made-up-font.svg](/uploads/f49b38521a155e5405ca86c8f94ba323/made-up-font.svg) ![made-up-font.svg](/uploads/195337d71e2b6a47af95d7d5f4d83b5c/made-up-font.svg) #### Version Info: - 1.1-dev (a9d5e92c4bbf04a4ecc151678855fc6ec6b8146e) custom build Linux Mint 19.1 - Inkscape 1.0 (6e3e5246a0, 2020-05-07) snap Linux Mint 19.1 But - Not replicated Inkscape 0.92.5 (fe8e1c6569, 2020-04-22) Linux Mint 19.1 Update: moving as replicated by @datalot in https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox/-/issues/3179
