On-canvas labels not correct in Simplified Chinese in Japanese/English-localed Win10
<!-- See our full bug reporting guidelines at https://inkscape.org/contribute/report-bugs/ Writing a good bug report will ensure we'll be able to help efficiently. 🙂 --> #### Steps to reproduce: <!-- Describe what you did (step-by-step) so we can reproduce: --> - Set system locale (not the system language!) to Japanese or English or any other languages as in this article: https://www.isunshare.com/windows-10/change-system-locale-in-windows-10.html - Open Inkscape (in Simplified Chinese language setting) - Draw a rectangle - Use measurement tool and put the cursor on the rectangle Then the text on labels shows like this (in Japanese locale): ![image](/uploads/e666ede3c90892790cc3a315a9db16d3/image.png) And this in English locale: ![image](/uploads/539293905bb2f059092af16414eafd8b/image.png) #### What happened? In the Japanese locale, some Chinese characters are not shown as expected. For example, in the last line of the measurement label, it should show "宽度" (width), but it shows "·度". In which, the character "宽" is shown as a dot. In English locale, all the characters are shown as tofu. #### What should have happened? It should be shown as "宽度". #### Inkscape Version and Operating System: - Inkscape Version: 1.0 (4035a4fb49, 2020-05-01) <!-- (run inkscape -V or copy from Help → About Inkscape, top right) --> - Operating System: Windows 10 - Operating System version: [Version 10.0.18363.836] (I copied the version number in the welcome message of cmd.exe) <!-- Example file: Attach a sample file (or files) highlighting the issue, if appropriate. --> <!-- ❤️ Thank you for filling in a new bug report, we appreciate the help! ❤️ Please be patient while we try to find the time to look into your issue.
