Clarify the wording of an SVG import option

Jonathan Neuhauser requested to merge joneuhauser/inkscape:fix-german-translation-of-import-dialog into master

This option (new in 1.2) opens the SVG in its own window (which might be the current one if it's not dirty). The German translation is even worse (it means something else entirely), but I first have to change the source string.
