Restoring refresh of units trackers so they are in sync with "Display units". Fix for #1747 (closed)
Existing mechanism is not pretty, but this is the minimal change to revive what was once working, to a degree. It appears documents without "viewBox" don't trigger units refresh for instance, so there are still other issues.
