Improve simple snap UI experience

Fixing a couple of issues with simple snapping:

• switch to simple options resets them to a known simple state - that is necessary, but unexpected, so adding "Reset to simple" link to make it obvious

• on a really small screen advanced snap options popover may not fit, and there will be no way to go back to simple options; to make this possible "toolbar" preferences have a new option to switch back and forth
