Zoom Correction - does not save value < 100

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape Beta 2
• Go to Preferences Window > Interface > Zoom Correction.
• Set Zoom Correction Value under 100, say 95.
• Close the preferences window and restart Inkscape.
• Open the preferences window again and check the zoom correction value. It's 100.
• Now set the zoom correction value to over 100, say 115.
• Again, close the preferences window, restart Inkscape, check the value. It's 115.

What happened?

It became 100 the first time, and 115 the second time.

What should have happened?

It should have set 95 the first time, and 115 the second time.
