"Select an Image to Trace" displayed during non-Trace bitmap operations

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open trace bitmap dialog (optional: you may close it after opening it)
• create 2 objects
• group them
• look at message/notification bar at the bottom
• repeat with ungrouping

What happened?

The message was "Select an Image to Trace".

Incidentally, when another tool is selected, the message is updated as appropriate.

What should have happened?

The after-group message should have ben "Group of 2 objects in layer xxx. Click selection..." or the appropriate message for the selected tool.

After ungrouping, it should be similar.

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: 1.0beta1 (32d48128, 2019-09-19)
• Operating System: MacOS
• Operating System version: 10.14
