Text on path Error

Summary:

... (Error in the Text on Path Option)

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape
• Draw a Rectangle
• Type a Text an put it above the rectangle
• Select the text and then the rectangle
• Clic on menu Text, option: Put on Path
• ...

What happened?

The text disappears. ...

What should have happened?

The text have to follow the border of the shape, in this case the rectangle. ...
