Path with LPE Offset - does not Past in place correctly

Summary:

Paste in place for path with the offset path effect are placed in the wrong position.

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • draw an ellipse
  • select the ellipse
  • make the strok have color and the fill no color (none.)
  • add path effect: Offset
  • set the radius to be negative
  • if the path is not selected reselect it
  • edit->copy
  • edit->paste...->in place

What happened?

the paste ellipse is in a different position

What should have happened?

you would not really see the new path, since it was pasted over the old one (but you can see two paths in the layers and object pane.paste-in-place-bug.svg
