Offset CopyCrash

Summary:
Copying a cloned path, or group/layer including a cloned path, with an Offset Path Effect results in the application hanging (becoming unresponsive, greying out, and crashing).
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- draw Path with pen tool
- Clone Path
- Apply Offset Path Effect to Clone
- Select Path and Clone
- Copy
What happened?
Application became unresponsive
What should have happened?
Should have moved the paths to the clipboard and allowed one or more copies to be pasted with the path and path effect.
