MacOS "About Inkscape" pull down menu - can't close

"About Inkscape" window can not be closed.

Summary:

... Using the "Inkscape" pull down menu and selecting "About Inkscape" opens the information window, but the window can not be closed using the red close window Apple icon at the top right. Clicking the red "close window" icon does nothing and the window remains open.

Steps to reproduce:

Launch Inkscape 1.3.2. Go to Inkscape down menu and select "About Inkscape".

I found that if you again go to Inkscape pull down menu and again select "About Inkscape" while the About Inkscape window is open, then the red close button will work to close the About Inkscape window. Once the window has been successfully closed, re-opening and closing works as it's supposed to.

There seems to be some mouse focus on the background and/or foreground window that is also going on, that may be interfering with the close function initially.
