tinycss2 dependency missing from development ppa (Ubuntu 23.10)

Summary:

When exporting high resolution pngs (or jpgs), Inkscape development version pops up an error:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tinycss2'

It then doesn't export anything.

Fixed by installing dependency via command line:

sudo apt install python3-tinycss2
