Snapping message defect for Snapping to grid line

Summary:

When locking the bezier tool to an axis using the Ctrl modifier in any translated version, a pretty large tip widget with broken strings from the po file is displayed. In English, the message is cut off instead (only says 'Handle to' without a target).

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• add grid do document
• enable grid snapping
• start drawing a bezier line
• use Ctrl to constrain new segment to horizontal/vertical
