Crash on drag-selection

Summary:

Upon dragging a selection box on a document (created in v1.2 v1.1.2), Inkscape crashes. Reproducible in 1.3.2 released as well as the Dec. 11 nightly build (9aea11cb). Only tested on Windows 10 x64.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open document
• Unhide two layers (15 hidden layers, all with content)
• Draw a selection box
