Object Properties: "Preserve" should be shown/enabled only for Images

Summary:

Object Properties shows the "Preserve" aspect ratio checkbox for all objects, but it only affects Images

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Create a Rectangle
• Right Click>Object Properties
• Preserve

What happened?

Nothing - works only on Images

What should have happened?

Disabled Checkbox/Working Implementation
