Recently Used Fonts collection shows all fonts that were used to preview, not ones that were actually used
Summary:
In the new Font Collections feature, there's an automatic collection called "Recently Used". It's a really great idea, with a small implementation flaw: it captures every single font you use, even if you're only scrolling through them to preview your title in different fonts. Thus, for me, every font winds up in that list. I recommend only adding fonts to that list which have been saved in the file (list updated during saving, rather than with each on-canvas font change.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- Type some text
- With the text object still selected, click the font dropdown and choose a font
- use the up/down arrow keys on keyboard to scroll through the fonts, which updates the title on-canvas.
What happened?
Inkscape adds all fonts you scroll through to the Recently Used list. ...
What should have happened?
Inkscape should wait until a save file action to update the recently used fonts list. ...
