"Move to Layer" does not work if target layer contains one of the selected objects

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw an object
• create another layer
• draw another object in this new layer
• select both object
• Apply "move selected object to layer...", choosing one of the two layer as target layer

What happened?

Nothing.

What should have happened?

User expects to find the two objects in the target layer. The fact that one selected object is already in the destination layer should not prevent other objects to be tranfered.
