Arial Black not recognized as a separate font family (because it uses true type preferred-family), causing issues with other SVG programs
Summary:
I happen to have the font "Arial Black" installed on my system (came default with Windows 7). However, Inkscape refuses to allow it to be selected (or even be found). However, I can access it, by selecting "Arial" and then "Heavy", or manually editing the file to call the font.
Libre Office can load "Arial Black", use it, and save files properly with it, proving it's a valid font on my system, all with the 'Arial Black' name. It can even 'Italic' the font without issue (which Inkscape can not do with either the Heavy or 'Black' name).
Heck, even GIMP (2.10.24r3) can load this test file, and properly display the 'Arial Black Italic' font with no issues, while Inkscape fails here. However, GIMP DOES NOT recognize the 'Arial Heavy' font that Inkscape renames 'Arial Black' as, causing issues as seen below in the screenshot.
Firefox can even properly render the test file.
I think it's about time to 'properly' acknowledge "Arial Black" as a separate font in Inkscape so that the 'Italic' part can be fixed and work properly too. Calling it by another name has gone on long enough to sadly cause issues with other programs.

Steps to reproduce:
- Open attached file in Inkscape:
- Select the text that says "Arial Black", and then go into 'text' mode (T).
- Move your mouse up to the font section and notice that there's a 'error' logo.
What happened?
Hover your mouse over the 'error' logo, and Inkscape says "Font not found on System".
What should have happened?
Inkscape shouldn't be showing an 'error' logo, as "Arial Black" is a completely separate font family from the base 'Arial' that comes with MS systems.
