Crash dragging from visibility icon after deleting a layer (Layers dialog)

Summary:

Internal error when I am trying to performs action with little time out between them.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open MLP-0513.svg
• Open layers Windows
• Rename "Body - right hind leg back part" to "DEL Body - right hind leg back part"
• Open above layer "Body - middle part" (open not selecting it)
• Delete the currently selected layer "DEL Body - right hind leg back part"
• Start changing the visibility of above layer "Body - middle part" or it's objects, and accidentally drag on the eye icon

What happened?

Message "Inkscape has encountered an internal error and will close"

Inkscape should not have encountered an internal error and just change the visibility of objects
