[Request] Support zoom canvas when press Ctrl + middle mouse dragging

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• press Ctrl and scroll wheel of mouse with mouse dragging

What happened?

Canvas rotation if lock canvas rotation unchecked

What should have happened?

Canvas zoom smoothly like butter

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: Inkscape 1.2 (dc2aedaf, 2022-05-15) in flatpak
• Operating System: Fedora Silverblue 36

This will make Inkscape support smooth zooming like other design softwares and let user zoom much more precise than before.
