Stroke to path function crashes if path is a single node (e.g. M 0 0)

Summary:

A special SVG file with a complex structure seems to be the reason for Inkscape to crash when running the function Stroke to Path under the Path menu. The SVG files looks ok when it is opened. The SVG files looks ok when opened in different browsers too.

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • open G_SY02_XX_02556V.svg
  • Select All
  • Menu: Path
  • - Stroke to path

Dialog box pops up indicating internal error.

What happened?

Inscape error message "Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now."

What should have happened?

Ideally function should work. A good second place is an error message indicating what is wrong with my SVG file. :)
