Adjust Tool Controls Bar for Small Screen.

Steps to reproduce:

• Edit select-toolbar.cpp and remove unnecessary (for me) items (e.g flip object)
• Build inkscape package.
• Tool Controls Bar still not show all item (e.g "Height").

What happened?

• I need to adjust Tool Controls Bar for one of my machines which has a small screen, I edited select-toolbar.cpp and recompile and successfully compiled though some items not show in one bar (I just NEED "x,y" and "Height and Width" on my Tool Controls Bar)

What should have happened?

• Tool Controls Bar only shows "x,y" and "Height and Width" by default
