The "Delete key","Home", "End", "Page Up" and "Page Down" does not work when Caps Lock is on

how to replicate

open inkscape
create rectangle
select it
turn on capslock
press delete

what happend:

nothing

what should happen:

delete object
shortcuts should be capslock agnostic
Home, End, Page Up and Page Down keys so changing object z index through shortcuts is not possible when CapsLock is enabled.
