Command palette doesn't close on Esc once focus is in the list

Summary:

I cannot leave the command palette by anything else than clicking on the canvas. While it's a nice feature, it would also be good to be able to close it without using the mouse. I would suggest to use the Escape key for this.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• press ?
• look through list of offered options with arrow keys or scroll wheel
• Try to get out of that dialog again without using the mouse

What happened?

I couldn't find a way to do that, there's also none described at https://gitlab.com/rathod-sahaab/gsoc-2020-inkscape/-/blob/master/GSoC%20Progress%20Report.md

What should have happened?

Escape should close the command palette, and return focus to the canvas.
